The Lady Yellowjackets, who have advanced to the postseason in 22 of the last 23 years, competed in the bi-district round last season, while the Lady Mavericks went to the area round.
Shadow Creek will be also be in action on Tuesday with the Lady Sharks hosting C.E. King at Lady Sharks' Field in Pearland at 6 p.m.
